Not really sure how to put this in here. Today was crazy busy for me because I had to run around and do a bunch of things. Then I played Ultimate Frisbee for like 2 hours (as in actually played hard, not your typical "let's throw a frisbee around" gig). I suppose I'll just estimate? Sure, let's go with that. So, in general… I probably sprinted about 2 miles, and ran another 2 throughout the game. Although I certainly don't think this is the best substitute for a long run, if we're measuring the training day in terms of sweat, my entire shirt was soaked.
