Comments:
I'll be in Virginia for a week so that's where all my runs are going to be. It's very hilly which is beneficial. I ran today to make up for not running in the afternoon yesterday. My legs felt weak since I was in a car for 8 1/2 hours so the run was difficult. I also swam for about half an hour.
