5 mile hilly run

Weather: cloudy with a cool breeze

Comments:
Ran 5 miles at Holmdel. Started off nice and easy and then worked down to 7:37. I felt very good! I was able to tell that hill training really benefited me today. Felt fast and strong going up the bull which never happens. This is the first time I have ever consistently trained on hills. I notice that my IT band feels a little tight recently. Had that problem last track season. Usually rolling it out and having it taped works.
