Comments:
Went up to Island Heights to run hills and was able to take full advantage of the perfect conditions. I felt a little awkward the first mile (I was a bit tight) but once I was able to loosen up I had a good strong run. 6:50,6:36,6:29,6:25,6:21,6:30
