Comments:
The weather was pretty good. The forecast says it was 86 and felt like 95, but it didn't get me too much. It was pretty humid though. I did laps around the stretch from Stella Link to Buffalo. I did a little bit more than 4 laps. I was glad I got in a long run, but I made sure the effort was easy because I have a hill workout tomorrow. The effort was very easy for 5 miles, but then next 5.4 miles, the effort was a little bit harder, but I still got it done. I felt really good compared to my other long runs I have done recently. I think I got a good aerobic benefit. I only stopped a total of 3 minutes for water. It is usually longer, but running on these laps makes it easier to not stop. My mile times were 7;58, 7:40, 7:40, 7:39, 7:42, 7:41, 7:38, 7:37, 7:38, 7:43, and 7:52 pace for last .4 miles.
