Comments:
No pain or discomfort in the Achilles today which was a great relief. Took it very easy and interspersed some walking throughout the run, just to make sure I wasn't pushing my luck. Decided to take two full days of rest - did a lot of foam rolling, lower leg exercises and stretching over those two days and it seems to have done the trick. I'll just count this as a down week mileage-wise and try to get back to normal next week. Fingers crossed.
