Second Long Run

Weather: Low 70s and rainy

Comments:
First half=49 minutes
Second half-tried to negative split the first half, averaged 7 minute pace on the way back. Stopped for water once during the run. Ran without ipod and anyone else. Alone but refreshing. Legs got heavy with about 2 miles to go. Felt motivated and determined!!!
