Weather: low 80s and humid; bad, but not terrible
Comments:
Gave blood this afternoon. Ran with an intermediate group at STA, mixed gender. Normanstone, to RCP out and back and turned at bridge near Dumbarton cemetery. Pick-ups varied from 1:30-2:30. Cooldowns were also in the same time range. Felt very smooth and controlled throughout despite having to cool-down up Normanstone and being down a pint of O+.
