Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Nice - only 83 and not muggy at all
Comments:
Ran the first 3 miles at 7:40 pace, then really cranked it up the last 3.2. It was hilly, but I was really moving and felt great. Weather makes a huge difference. I was well under 7:00 for the last 3 miles and on total cruise control and it is hilly as crap. Haven't run that fast in many years.
