I felt like poopy tonight at PT. I told the physical therapists about the tightness in my hamstring while running yesterday and also that I was experiencing the same kind of discomfort in my knee that I've always had around my patella when I pull with my hamstring. Dunno what could have caused these all of a sudden unless it's just all in my head
As for exercises, pretty much the same old stuff. 10 minute biking, single-leg squat jumps, side running planks, step skips (jump off of one leg which is on a small step/stool and land on the other. Done straight up and down as well as horizontally), and timed-squats on the wobble board. Chris then stretched out my hamstring to ridiculous lengths and used the graston tools, mostly on my patella
