Comments:
Kristina's morning loop, solo. Arlington Ridge twice in the first 3 miles, plus the extender to 5 miles with another mile tacked on the end. Legs & knees feeling good this morning. I am really surprised how quickly they get over that always-fatigued feeling of when I'm running 25-35 miles when I get over 40 mpw. Not complaining. Now to shed this excess weight and slow.
