I met with the varsity guys again. I felt really good throughout the whole workout. It wasn't too much of an effort. I felt like I got a good aerobic benefit. We varied the pace a lot with the effort. It was a really good workout. My mile times were 8:02, 7:20, 7:18, 7:04, 7:15, 7:46, 7:20, 7:38, and 7:04 pace for last .4 miles. I didn't have too push that much. I am glad I got in a medium long run today. It was sunny and humid, but running with others makes the weather feel non existent. I only have a problem with the weather when I run by myself.
