Repeat Miles(WOOT!!!)

Weather: Prettty GOod.

Comments:
I haven't run in 3 days. So it was interesting. I felt really good. but i got some minor cramps during the repeats. I did two, then skipped one, then did the final two. On the one that I skipped I ran a half mile on the track. So it wasn't a total waste. To cool down, I proceded with Kevin, Aaron, and Will. I managed to keep up with them and finished witha total of a one and a half mile cool down. Bringing my total to 7 miles. Not bad for my first day back from rest.

As for my splits, they are pretty out of wack. Oops.
