Ran with the kids up the trails very humid but very fun. Rolled out foam roller and stretched. Ran mile repeats and 200's it says 800 but it wouldn't let me update so I had to enter it like that they ranged from 30-32 secs felt very smooth and quick feeling pretty for but I know I can be in better shape.
