Comments:
A 2:30pm run with Jason Campbell and Ben Stern was not a good idea. We took a steady pace down Livingston, Nevada, 32nd, Western, Chevy Chase and ended by picking up Leah from yoga and jogging part way home with her. Mid day heat was brutal. I think I was still wiped out form yesterday too.
