Upped the miles today for my steady state (4 instead of 3). It was so tough at the end, I finished up hill. I was trying to focus on form and breathing and being positive, which has been surprisingly easy to do this summer, but then I started psyching myself out when I thought about racing and having to run faster. I need to not think so much.
