Comments:
Ran before dawn again with Justine. We tried to outrun the thunderstorm but it caught up with us the last 2 miles. I'm still pretty sore, but it felt nice to start the day with a run/get it over with.
Upper body:
30 push ups, 3 pull ups, 2 chin ups, 15 dips
15 push ups, 2 pull ups, 2 chin ups, 20 dips
Hip exercises
8x30 abs
Stretching
Played soccer this evening! It was a blast and I scored and we won! I did a lot of running up and down the field..the fast short stuff felt good.
