Comments:
I didn't wake up in the morning so I planned on 6 miles at night. The weather was bad. It was 90 degrees with high humidity. My watch says it felt like 95 degrees. I ran with a shirt on to avoid getting gnats all over me, which tired me out quicker I think. I didn't feel well at all. My legs felt a little heavy for some reason today. Mile 1, the pace started off slow. In mile 2, I was holding back to try and keep it easy. After mile 2, it just went all bad from there. It just wasn't a good run at all. I didn't really stop except at the water fountains. I wanted to make it easy. It was easy pace, but didn't feel easy. I even had to pick up the effort a little bit at the end to run under 7:45 a mile. Hopefully, the workout wasn't too demanding and a little aerobic benefit. My mile times were 7:55, 7:38, 7:44, 7:35, 7:45, and 7:38.
