Comments:
I did the tempo after work, it got dark pretty quickly so I think I am going to have to start doing this earlier in the day. I just didn't feel like doing it and my first mile was slow, picked it up from there. I only did 3 bc I don't feel ready enough to do 4. Breathing was good, just my knee area felt tight.
Splits: 7:10, 7:01, 7:13.
