Weather: ~70 degrees, Warm

Comments:
Had trouble moving around yesterday after the run, so I went into today with the intention of making it the chillingest of runs. Which I did. Very pleasant run, though not that slow. Did some strides at the end, longer ones, since my usual stride path felt kind of short. Finished off with Bear. I think this kind of day was just what I needed, since I feel pretty darn good now.
