Ran long today because I am flying tomorrow and won't be able to run. I felt decent; not awesome not awful. I tried to pick it up towards the end and went 6:36, 6:30 for the last two miles which isn't too fast but at least it's something. I'm going to try to work on getting the last few miles of my long runs down under 6:30 pace. Core after
