long run 2

went for the second long run of my official training, for a total of 47.5 miles this week. pretty good run today despite the heat and humidity. started out running a little slower than 7min pace, then picked it up a bit after warrensville. wasn't sure if my run would be quite 12 miles, which was my intent, so i added on the way back. took north park out around the top of the second lake, then south park to shaker. out to richmond and back along the bike path, then cut over to s woodland via courtland for the add-on. wanted to make sure it was at least averaging 7min pace for the run, but it felt like quite a struggle. after finishing the run, i was pretty sure it was a little over, but i still made it under 1:24.

been feeling pretty shitty lately, so lots of self-care postrun.
