Wills Hills Mark Fraser

July 25, 2014 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
The weather wasn't too bad. It was 77 degrees with humidity. The workout was 13 minutes running, 1 minute rest, 12 minutes running. The workout was the course dedicated to Mark Fraser which is our hardest workout. I have never finished the whole workout, but I did today which I was glad. It really works your mental strength and your ability to run with lots of lactic acid. It is a lot of short hills with a couple really long grueling hills. The only problem I had today was that my shoes got holes in them where the big toe is. They were being formed, but the impact of running downhill made them pretty big. Those holes are making my shoes become untied which isn't good. I am not satisfied with this happening. My mile times were 8:28, 8:54, 9:36. I started the first half of both intervals conservative and then picked up the effort. Overall, I thought it was a good run.
