Comments:
I woke up later than usual today. I ran around 7:15 by myself. I planned on a 10 mile run, but the weather killed me. It was 79 degrees with 90 percent humidity. It was basically the same as yesterday, but running in that by myself is hard. This run was so hard. It felt like it took forever. I started off real slow so I could get 10 miles in, but 2.5 miles into it, I knew I wasn't going to get that far. I had to stop more often that I should. I felt really bad the whole run. My mile times were 8:28, 7:49, 7:42, 7:30, 7:36, 7:42, and 7:39 pace for the last .7 miles. My shoes became untied again today twice which pissed me off.
