Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I am in aruba for the week so I had to figure out where to run but it turns out there is one long flat strip of dirt road along the beach which is great because I can do basically my entire run on a soft surface. I took the run relatively easy but it is extremely HOT here even at 7 am when I ran. Also the wind is strong and was blowing against me the whole way back so those two combined made the last two miles a bit more challenging but I will adjust for the week
