Had 13 on the schedule, but backed it off because I went longer than I was planning yesterday. It was hot out there today on the Prairie Path, mid-80s and a dewpoint in the mid-60s. Kept it easy today and I felt good throughout. Took a few water breaks to stay hydrated and that helped a lot. Happy with how I feel after a 50-mile week; no really serious aches or pains. Hey Leslie K. , 79-mile club!!
