Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The long run was great. I was down the shore, the land of the flat! My boyfriend grabbed a bike and rode along next to me. This was the first time that I was able to do the 5 miles at pace. I was feeling really good, and I think it was because my boyfriend was pushing me along with his bike. The last 1.5 was rough.
