Comments:
The weather was so perfect today and I felt super good so I might have gone a little overboard-- I was planning to just do the 4 mile loop, but when I finished with that I decided to do a 2 mile loop and then I did some random circles around my neighborhood.
It was super slow though :)
Then I did planks and crunches
