I literally think Jim tried to kill me. We had to do 20 Flutters, 20 Knee's to Chest, and 20 Dolphin Kicks. 10 Sets of 20/20/20. When i got home and plugged this into a calculator it was almost 600 abs. Oh well, i'm planning on running soon so i can skip practice. 0.o
