Comments:
Surprisingly not too difficult considering my lifting yesterday. Same stuff basically except I also did a speed and strength test on each of my legs. The four tests were (all one leg at a time) broad jump, triple jump, zig-zag triple jump and a timed hop from point A to point B. Pretty sure I looked like a goofus doing this stuff because it seemed like people were giving me weird looks but whatevs. I also really sucked at keeping my balance for a bunch of the hops because I would try to go much farther than I could while still sticking the landing. Overall, my left leg drastically outperformed my right leg, so I gotta work on my right leg to get that up to par with my left
Running plank (45s), single-leg squat, wobble board squat (45s), jump squat into continuous single leg squat and alternating legs
