Comments:
Did my tempo run today half on the dirt road half on the road. I felt ok the first two miles but the last one was tough running into the headwind coming from the ocean. I would've liked this to be more comfortable but I am satisfied that I got through it. After a mile cooldown I ran another half mile barefoot on the beach
