Weather: cool, partly cloudy
Comments:
two sets of lifting. Full gilies with Dan R. I was trying to take its a little easier so I stay healthy. I also wanted to make sure Dan didn't get lost, he hasn't done these in almost 12 months, and I wanted to make sure he kept moving and didn't get discouraged. Overall good, relaxing run after yesterday's workout
