Not a bad session. Struggled a bit more than usual with the side-running planks and the continuous single-leg squat jumps but overall it was fine. IT band bothered me a bit but I'm just too lazy to foam roll. Definitely gotta get out of that habit (aka Leo needs to make me not be a bum once we get to school)
