Ran 15 min warmup- did wall to fasset loop w loop around tennis court. Drills and then 400 m tempo 1 min rest 6x800 meter vo2 (42-43) with 230-2 rest. (252,251,250,258,248,242) finished with 16 min cool down. Felt good calfs tight (probably from spikes)
