Comments:
Missed the workout on Tuesday and the time trial last weekend. Second Sole workout, 4 mile tempo, Tim ran with me through the first two, I ran on my own for the last two. Felt good so I turned it from a tempo to more of a time trial.

I feel pretty good about my effort since it was within ~1 minute of my PR and I was targeting 5:30s.
