Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Since I'm doing the race Saturday, I did a mini workout. I did 3 miles warmup, then went right into 3 miles of 400 meters on and 400 meters off. The pace for those 3 miles was 6:03 pace, and then I did a 2 mile cooldown. Nice to get the legs moving, and I felt good. Excited for Saturday.
