Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The sun was out and the humidity was high, but not too bad. Today we went fast the whole time. It was probably a sub threshold pace considering the heat and humidity. I probably went faster than I could handle for 8 miles. The last 3 miles, I couldn't keep pace so I slowed. I slowed a lot at the end, but I'm not worried about slowing down. I still got a good aerobic benefit and then the end acted as a cool down. I was pretty tired by mile 4, but held on until mile 5. My mile times were 7:46, 6:57, 6:45, 6:59, 6:55, 7:13, 7:36, 8:04, and 7:16 pace for last .4 miles. I thought this was a good run. I got a good aerobic benefit. I don't think it will be too taxing on me. Overall, it was a good run.
