Wills Hills Clover Leafs

Weather wasn't bad at all today. It rained all last night so it was pretty cool the whole run. The workout was to run the clover leafs near Spotts Park. I felt super good during the whole run. At first I thought I was going to get a cramp and start too fast. By the 2nd minute, I had already settled into a really good pace. This run was like a 28 minute tempo with some slight hills in it. I thought I did very good. My mile times were 6:43, 6:37, 6:40, 6:36, and 6:17 pace for last .2 miles. I wasn't straining too hard and I definitely could have gone another mile. I could easily pick up the pace at the end. Overall, it was a really good run. I was able to run fast, run hills, and not get flooded with lactic acid.
