Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I had a double shift at work which is perfect for a double run day! I ran during the lunch break with one of the girls. It was super slow but whatever.
Second run was way faster after work and I had to do more bc I could tell my watch was off, which happens when it's low on battery sometimes.
