Comments:
Did my workout at toms river south's track. Afraid that my knee wouldn't hold up but it did! I really believe it was from my other shoes, it definitely changed the way my foot fell because it was worn out (I was tired of my current shoes). Did my 400s around 88-90. Last one 84. Workout got tough for the last 3. Overall very good workout.
