Comments:
I only got through three miles because I was eating bugs for over 2 miles. My park gets a lot of bugs if you go closer to night and I started at 8. I did a two mile straight warmup to save time and went right into it. I cooled down in my town instead of the park.
I am happy with this workout because I haven't had music to run with all week and I was still moving pretty quick.
