50 on bike!

Weather: 80 and warm

Comments:
Started at Tridge with group of @12. Rode 19-22 mph 25 miles out on rail trail. Then back solo averaging 20 mph. 2:29:30 total so I was very pleased! Pretty warm out but a great day. Didn't know I was going 50 or I would have had some food or Gatorade on me. Knee was good and legs trashed when I got back! Still can't stand up on bike without pain, but hurts very little otherwise!
