Weather: cool and drizzly
Comments:
3 minute walk, followed by 25 min run and a 5 min walk. Started with Dad's loop and went out West Chester, right up to Cliff and back down the cobbleston Hill. Did strength in the morning. Pleased that we've kept that up 6 days per week all summer!
