The loop according to mapmyrun.com says 2.25. That's a really slow time for my 40min run. For now I am trusting map my run for mileage statistics.

Today was a successes. it gave my endurance a little push as well as mark 2/3 days for the month of August. I have been really lazy the past 2 months so its time to get focused.
