Fartlek pickups

I started this run feeling pretty bad and unhappy as a result. But I decided a couple miles in to fight the slow, slogging instinct and force myself to really get something out of the run. So, I went at a solid pace and did 5 sprint-paced fartlek pickups in the last couple miles (1.5, 3, 2, 1.5, 0.5min).
