Comments:
Todays workout was just over a half hour. But with Curtis and Jessica on the bicycles it provided plenty of motivation to keep a good pace. The first 23minutes was pretty hard pace then I backed it down a for a bit before pushing through a hill(ramp)then looking for a quicker pace recovery. with about 5 minutes left in the workout I got some terrible cramps and muscles where getting tight.
Still a success running the 3rd day in a row as well as 3/4 days for the month of august. I got to keep the fluids flowing and lets keep having a good consistant month
