Wills Hills 27 Minutute Tempo Run

Comments:
The weather was really good today. It was 75 degrees and cloudy. It felt nice to run in some better weather than I am used to. I wanted to get in a tempo run in before school started. I really don't know if I went too hard or went about right. Even if I did go too hard, I still think I got an aerobic benefit. I got pretty tired by the end, but I still think it was a good run. The first mile I started off slow, so I had to go hard to get my 1st mile in tempo effort, but that was kind of stupid. My mile times were 6:20, 6:23, 6:40, and 6:39. I probably should have gone around 6:25-6:30 pace the whole time to have even splits. I think I did pretty good for my first "True" tempo run. Overall, it was a good run.
