Weather: warm, sunny
Comments:
Elijah, Coach and I were the only ones there so we decided to go to VVS. We warmed-up there and then we attempted to run their course. It was really nice, we messed it up for sure but we made sure that we ran every part of it so we went further then we should have more than likely. Then we ran a 2 lap cooldown. Then we went back to the highschool and lifted a bit.
