good run

Weather: overcast but warm

Comments:
i felt okish at the beginning, bu i was determined to get some serious miles in today. stuck it out for almost 8 all at once, and i was going way faster than i thought possible at the end of a longer run for the last 2 miles almost. then i did a short cooldown to complete the 8 miles. i sure was tired for the whole thing, but i managed to stick it out and for that i felt amazing.
