Comments:
Consistency has been the name of the game so far the month of august. Keeping the runs around 30 minutes. working on out and backs but also starting to push the pace early. That was not the case today as I was peeling rubber on the way back coming back 3:24 seconds faster and breaking 7 minutes a mile for the second half. The form was really working and the arms where pumping. 4/5 days so far this month
